4. SMS Notifications
This section describes how we handle SMS messages sent through Cottages Concierge and other Probuild Digital services.
What messages we send: Probuild Digital LLC sends transactional SMS notifications through Cottages Concierge to property owners who have opted in. Messages alert property owners when their property's AI concierge captures a guest booking inquiry, when the system detects an upgrade in booking intent, or about other lead activity at their property. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this program.
How you opt in: Opt-in occurs explicitly. Property owners enable SMS notifications by toggling SMS to ON in their account preferences during onboarding or at any time afterward via their account dashboard. SMS notifications are off by default; you must affirmatively enable them. Each opt-in is per-account.
Message frequency: Message frequency depends on lead activity at your property. Typical volume is approximately 5–15 messages per month per property, though this varies based on booking inquiry volume.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
Opting out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Toggling SMS to OFF in your account preferences in the Cottages Concierge dashboard, or
- Replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any SMS message you receive from us
Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications from the program. You may re-enable SMS at any time via your account preferences.

Phone number handling: We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with our SMS delivery providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you've opted into receiving, and only as necessary to operate the service.
Compliance: Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements under the A2P 10DLC framework.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our services and as described below:
Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, SMS and email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to handle information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
