Built to be found in Google and AI answers

Every site I build includes four things that help search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT understand your business.

They help, but no one can promise a top spot on Google or that an AI tool will mention your business, and I won't promise that either.

  • Plain facts about your business

    Your services, prices, hours and the area you serve, written out clearly so people and AI tools can read them.

  • A questions and answers section

    Short answers to the questions your customers ask you most.

  • Business details marked up for search engines

    Your name, phone number, hours and service area are labeled in the page code (this is called schema), so search engines and AI tools know what each detail means.

  • Help with your Google Business Profile

    I help you set up or clean up the free listing that shows your business on Google Maps and in local results.

Ownership and care plan terms

Who owns what

Your domain is yours. It's registered in your name, and you pay the yearly fee. I only need access so I can point it at your site.

The words and photos you send me stay yours. Please only send photos and words you have the right to use. Any words I write for you become yours once your site is paid in full.

Your site is yours once it's paid in full. If you ever leave, I'll send you a copy of your site's files and code, so any web designer can host it or change it.

I build with my own reusable tools. They stay mine, and you're free to keep using them as part of your site, even after you leave.

My chatbot, Build Bot, stays mine. If you stop using it, I'll send you a copy of your approved answers and the customer details it collected.

I may show your site in my portfolio. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me.

How the care plan works

The care plan is month to month, with no contract. Billing starts the day your site goes live.

Small edits are changes like new hours, prices, photos or a new question and answer. If a change will take more than about 30 minutes, I'll give you a price first. Bigger jobs are priced ahead of time or billed at $60 an hour.

You can cancel anytime by email before your next billing date. There's no cancellation fee, and I don't refund a month you've already paid for.

After you cancel, I keep your site online for 30 more days so you have time to move it. I'll send your site files and help point your domain to its new host.

Hosting comes with the care plan. If you'd rather host the site yourself, I'll hand over the files when it goes live.

If a payment is more than 30 days late, I'll email you first. After that, I may pause the site until the account is caught up.

Questions

Do I need to get on a call?

No. You can do everything by email, starting with the form. If you'd rather talk, you can book a 15-minute call from the Start a project page.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and the words and photos you send stay yours. The site and its code become yours once it is paid in full.

What if I want changes later?

Small edits, like new hours, prices or photos, are part of the care plan. A new page is $100. Bigger changes get a price before any work starts.

How long does it take?

About 1 week for the Starter site and 3 weeks for the Full site, counted from when I have your photos and details.

How do I pay?

Half to start and half when your site goes live. For the Starter site, that's $450 and $450. Care plans are billed monthly, starting the day your site goes live.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. If you move up to the Full site within 6 months, the $900 you paid counts toward the $1,500.

Can I cancel the care plan?

Yes, anytime. Email me before your next billing date. There's no fee, and your site stays online for 30 more days so you have time to move it. I'll send you your site files and help point your domain to its new host.

Will my business show up in ChatGPT?

No one can promise that. What I can do is set up your site so AI tools can read it clearly, with plain facts about your services, prices, hours and area, a questions and answers section, and business details marked up for search engines. That helps, but each AI tool decides what it shows.
