Every Build Bot carries your business name, your colors and your way of talking. To a customer asking a question at 9pm, it feels like part of your business.
It uses your information. It does not fill in the blanks.
I build its answers from the services, policies, hours and other information you approve. When something is missing, Build Bot collects the question for you instead of making up an answer.

What it costs
If I build your site, the chatbot comes with the Care plus chatbot plan for $100 a month. You can also add it to the $50 Care plan for $50 a month.
Already have a website? I can add my chatbot to it for $100 a month, with no setup fee. I build it from your website and your answers to a few questions, then send it to you to try. You don't pay anything until you approve it. If I haven't heard back 14 days after I send it, billing starts then.
Cancel anytime by email. If I build your next website, the same $100 a month also covers hosting and care.
Questions
What information does Build Bot use?
I load the services, hours, service area, policies and answers you approve. Build Bot uses that information when it responds.
What happens when it does not know an answer?
It says that the information is not available and can collect the question and contact details for you. It does not guess.
Will it work on my current website?
In most cases, yes. I handle adding it to your site. I can also give you a hosted link and QR code when adding it to the site is not the right fit.
Can it use my name and colors?
Yes. You choose the name customers see, and I match the chat to your business colors and way of speaking.
When do I start paying?
You don't pay anything until you approve your Build Bot. Billing starts the day you approve it, or 14 days after I send it for review if I haven't heard back.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting it up is part of the monthly price.
Is there a limit on chats?
The plan covers up to about 300 conversations a month. If you go over, the chat keeps working. If it happens a few months in a row, I'll reach out before anything changes.
